Lost items & returns
The best way to retrieve an item you may have left in a vehicle is to call the driver. Look in your ride history and reach out to your driver via email or phone #. Drivers are independent contractors. Tip Whip and drivers do not bear responsibility for items left in a vehicle after a trip ends. If your driver has found your item, arrange a mutually convenient time and place to meet. Please be flexible and respectful of your driver’s personal schedule. If your driver doesn’t answer, leave a voicemail with your contact info. After 24 hours, if you haven’t been able to connect or arrange a return, let us know. We’ll contact your driver directly to help the two of you coordinate a return.
